LEONARD ARTHUR CROOKS
Leonard Crooks was a Sergeant, Flight Engineer with 101 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.

He was the son of Stanley and Louisa Jane Crooks of Grays.
Prior to the war Leonard Crooks worked for 3 years in the Leather Factory.
In the Bata Reord of 5th May 1944 he was reported missing, after Operations over Europe, and was now presumed killed. (Bomber Command Details: Night Raid Berlin)
He died on Friday 26th November 1943, aged 20.
