Wife’s Double Loss 
News has been received at East Tilbury
that Leonard Auger, who was at one time
a. receiving clerk at the factory, has been
killed by. enemy action in Cairo. Auger
was serving in the R.A.,S.C. His wife,
Mrs Martha Auger, had worked with
the Company for a considerable period
during the past seven years.
At present she is living at Gourock,
and left the factory several months ago,
prior to the birth of her first baby. The
baby died about ten weeks ago. at the
age of seven months, without having
been seen by its father.
