The Crouch Valley U3A History Group visited the Bata Heritage Centre on 16 September 2015. The group enjoyed a guided tour of the Bata estate and a presentation on the history of the Bata shoe company in the UK. They also were able to see the displays in our small museum and talk to our volunteers about the items and their own memories of Bata.
